Assignment of a poster course. The task was to design a poster that depicts cross-cultural encounters. Villa Karo is a Finnish-African cultural center located in the village of Grand-Popo in Benin, West Africa. The task came from there and our finished works were taken to their exhibition.

Stockfors coffee roasters - A corporate identity

As part of my thesis, I designed a corporate indentity for a new small coffee roastery Stockfors Coffee Roasters which is located in the old Stockfors -factory area in the town of Pyhtää. Corporate indentity design work included a company logo, typography, a colour scheme, graphic instructions and some applications such as a sign, a business card and a product label designs. A functional and unified corporate image makes it possible to stand out from the competition. In addition to design work, I explored the topics surrounding it.

Stockfors on the map - game project

This was my assignment during my internship in my school: South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences. The task was to create a game, and thus the recognizability and visibility for the old Stockfors -factory area in the city of Pyhtää. I worked on the task with a small group of students. I was responsible for gathering background information, designing the visual elements and photographing the area itself.
